She expected him to be an agent possessing the body of this man, but instead, it was a shocking confession. Cain Liberto, the man who took his life along with hers. Was he really in possession of the Crown Prince?

Still, when Elysee didn’t open her mouth in silence, he grabbed her wrist and pulled gently.

“On New Year’s Day, January 1st, the back alley of Brand Wood Hotel in Glendale. The place and the day we first met.”

Without much resistance, Elysee sat on his lap as he led her.

“Do you remember being my partner at the Sausalito party? Your water-colored dress was so beautiful.”

Elysee only stared at him with a blank face.

“Why aren’t you saying anything? Don’t you believe me?”

He raised one hand and gently rubbed her lower abdomen.

“There’s a scar here. From when you were fourteen.”

Elysee put her hands on top of his.

“Who are you?”

Her voice was cold. Rex’s eyes drooped sullenly at Elysee’s words.

“Come on, Elysee. Did you forget the day I died for you?”

Elysee chuckled and took his hand off her stomach.

“Hey, Crown Prince. I don’t know why you stole his memory, but that doesn’t make you ‘Cain Liberto’.”

If he were actually Cain Liberto, he would have never mentioned her scar, no matter how much he wanted to make himself known.

Her firm words hardened his face. Elysee got up from his lap and patted down the crumpled hem of her dress.

“Are you a devil to lie so shamelessly? Did he go to hell, by any chance?

“That’s why it’s such a useless suicide…. He was a fool.”

Rex leaped alongside Elysee who got up from her seat.

“Hey, don’t tell me….”

“Why? You thought I’d thank you and welcome you if you pretended to be Cain? You were mistaken. If you were really the bastard, I would have greeted you with a slap.”

He blinked and shut his mouth with a troubled look. Elysee, who was looking closely at his figure, tilted her head slightly and asked,

“But are you really a demon?”

Due to the urgency of the situation, Philip [t1v: the guy who gave her her mission] did not elaborate on the enormous framework and different existences of the afterlife. She just guessed that there would be something representing “evil” if there were agents in Heaven, ‘the upper worlds’ and units from the Midlands.

He knew who she was and about Cain Liberto. But it’s a little clumsy somewhere. If so, the wisest way was to act careless and then do her best to get information.

Elysee showed only curiosity, being careful not to reveal her sharp vigilance.

“No, I was wondering if there was really a hell or a devil or something. Can’t you tell me what’s going on?”

Rex, who was looking at her with his eyes wondering if she had all this, suddenly smirked at his thoughts.

“There’s a price for everything, once one goes up, one must come down. If I tell you who I am, what will you do for me?”

Elysee made an expression of disbelief. If he was indeed the devil— who in their right mind would make a deal with the devil?

“…Never mind. I’m not that curious. I’ll think of you as a demonic entity, that’s all.

“It’s similar….”

“I don’t know if you know, but I came here as soon as I died. I don’t know anything and I have nothing to give you.”

Knowing Lucas’ identity, she had some great information in her hand, but she had no intention of handing it over to him.

He grabbed her as she was trying to sit on the sofa with a look that he didn’t care.

“Let me put it in once. Then I’ll let you know.”

“What? Put in?”

“Yes, you smell good. Did you get a worldview correction? I’m about to succumb.”

Elysee laughed with spirit.

‘Was it like a sex stallion in rut? Was he a sex demon or the devil? What’s the difference?’

Anyway, the answer was already established.

“I don’t want to.”

But Rex didn’t give up easily.

“Then fellatio.”

“I don’t like that either.”

Repeated rejection made his mouth curl.

“I thought you wanted to know who I was.”

“If you want to tell me, I can give you a handjob.”

“That’s too weak!”

“If you don’t like it, never mind then.”

“No, instead take off your underwear and give it to me.”

Elysee gazed at him coldly.

‘I’ve seen all sorts of pervs.’

But it wasn’t exactly a bad deal. Elysee was dumbfounded, but put her hand into her skirt and pulled down her underwear. Then I handed it over to him.

Rex nodded and sat on the sofa on the road to loosen his waist. When he lowered his drawers, a thick column came out. It was slightly curved and the veins stood out, giving it a ferocious look.

“Do it for me.”

“Okay, don’t push me.”

Elysee wrapped her hand around his thick column. It was already slippery, her hand barely wrapping around it.

“So tell me, are you the devil? Or do you call them agents, too?”

“What do you mean agents? They are just a bunch of pretentious upper-class guys. Just think of me as a demon. You’ve already decided who I am.”

“Well, that’s true.”

Elysee spread the transparent liquid evenly on his pillar and slowly rubbed it up and down.

“Why did you pretend to be Cain? Are you trying to get me on your side?”
